In this front desk position, responsibilities include customer greeting, phone answering, parts ordering, parts sourcing for technicians, and occasional unit diagnosis assistance. Any computer software can be learned without prior experience. We are looking for an energetic person with excellent communication skills, impeccable organization skills, the willingness to learn and work unassisted. 

We looking for a 310T licensed mechanic with experience who wants to transition out of hands-on work but stay in the industry.
